Kelly Dean Burkhart passed away from this life at the age of 51 on September 27, 2021, in Moses Lake, Washington. Kelly was born December 3, 1969 To Ervin “Skinny” and Carol (Simmons) Burkhart in Longview Washington. Kelly spent his early adulthood as a crab fisher on the Alaskan Bering sea. He shared many stories of his times on the sea with his family and friends. On Aug 10, 1992 Kelly was blessed with a daughter Savannha. On May 12, 1997 he was blessed again with his son Anthony. Kelly may not have always spoke of his title as a father but he beamed from ear to ear visiting with them, talking about them, and even at the though of them.Kelly found his way to Missouri where on Sept 25, 2010 he married the love of his life Traci Martin, to that union Kelly gained the title of step dad to Torri, Kay-Lynn, Brandon and Robin. A title he bearded for many years even before it became legal. Kelly called the Lake of The Ozarks home he was blessed to have found friendship and a mentor, in the late Buford Foster. Kelly loved, fishing, drinking coffee, spending time with family, and you never wanted to get behind him when a turtle was crossing the road because he had a undying love for any and all animals. Kelly was proceed in death by his parents, infant grandson Evert Blankenship, and his beloved dog Goliath. Kelly is surived by his wife Traci, Brother Kevin (Tammi) Burkhart, sisters Donna, Anna, Annette (Bill), Angie, and Sara. His Sons Anthony Burkhart and Brandon (Monica) Blankenship, And daughters Savannha (Jared) Harmer, Torri Deeds, Kay-Lynn (Geoffrey) Lysinger and Robin Jones. 11 grandkids, a host of nieces and nephews and many other friends and family who loved him dearly.
