Joseph James Hoffman

Joseph James Hoffman went home to be with Jesus on December 1st, 2025 at the age of 70. Joseph was born to Bonnie and Frank Hoffman May 18 , 1955 in Spokane, Washington. He lived his life bringing laughter everywhere he went and humor to any situation. Joseph met his wife Donna Apple in Kirkland, Washington while attending Rose Hill Jr High school in 1971. Three years later they went on to get married. Where they remained married for 51 years. During their loving marriage they had 2 beautiful daughters Ami Satterfield and Amanda Burghart. In addition to being a loving and dedicated husband/ father Joseph loved to serve others. He spent many years volunteering at church youth camps and giving back to the community. He enjoyed building and serving in the church. He spent his life dedicated to witnessing to others and bringing the Word of God to life. He took pride in sharing the “Good News” with anyone he crossed paths with. He is survived by his wife Donna, and two daughters Ami and Amanda. Their grandchildren Brandon, Jacob, Victoria, Luke,Charles, Rebeka, Joanna, Faith, Leah, and one great granddaughter Genevieve as well as his sisters: Dorthy, Terry, Frances, and his brothers: Thomas, Robert, Paul. For God so loved the world He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.
