Tammy Manning, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and cherished kindergarten teacher, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2025, in Moses Lake, Washington, at the age of 71. Born on November 27, 1953, in Spokane, Washington, to Bonnie and Gerald Calvert, Tammy was one of six children. A lifelong resident of the Quincy area, she dedicated her career to nurturing young minds as a kindergarten teacher in Royal City, Washington, where her warmth and kindness left an indelible mark on generations of students and the broader community. Tammy was the devoted mother of Meagan (Manning) Caldwell and Brady Manning, and the proud grandmother of five grandchildren: Josiah Caldwell, Peter Caldwell, Gabriella Caldwell, Liam Manning, and Henry Manning. Her love for her family was boundless, and she cherished every moment spent with them. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bonnie and Gerald Calvert; her sister, Trudy (Calvert) Watts; and her brother, Randy Calvert. Tammy is survived by her children, Meagan and Brady; her grandchildren; her siblings, Cindy (Calvert) Rennie, Jody (Calvert) Nissing, and Barry Calvert; and a host of nieces and nephews whom she loved immensely. An open house honoring Tammy’s life will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at the Quincy Free Methodist Church, 301 I Street SW, Quincy, Washington. Tammy’s legacy of compassion, dedication, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed.
